The Story
Nelson Leather Goods started for the same reason a lot of good things do - I couldn't find exactly what I wanted.
I've always been drawn to objects with character. Guitars that have been played for decades. Tools that have outlived their owners. Old motorcycles, watches, knives and the everyday things that somehow become more valuable with time rather than less.
When I started working with leather, I wasn't interested in making disposable products or following trends. I wanted to create pieces that felt distinctive. Things with their own identity. Products that looked good, worked properly and improved with age.
What began as a hobby quickly became an obsession. Countless hours were spent refining designs, learning techniques and figuring out how to make products that were as durable as they were distinctive.
Today, every piece is still made with the same mindset.
Use the best materials available. Pay attention to the details. Never stop improving.
The goal has never been to make as many products as possible.
The goal is to make products people genuinely enjoy carrying.
